José Victor Reyes González
He was born in 1962 in La Laguna. His vocation as an artist began when he was a child, but it was in the mid-nineties when his creative force exploded. He focused his work as a sculptor on basalt stone, more specifically on boulders. On them he prints cuts and bits, assembles them, and combines them with other materials, creating simple and very attractive shapes. The work of this sculptor is growing and at the same time creating in his person a kind of increasingly intimate dialogue with the material in which he captures his work.
