Florin Ungureanu
His work explores the concepts of power, politics, history, identity, and death through irony and humor. He is interested in how they influence beliefs and perceptions, altering and subverting them. From this stems the desire to further explore the need for uncertainty and metaphysical loneliness of the human being, addressing topics such as loneliness, amnesia, memory, repression, doubt, and the sublime. Florin Ungureanu exhibited her works in numerous national and international exhibitions around the world, some of the most important were at the RA Royal Academy of Arts in London, Summer Exhibition in 2008, 2009, and 2013, being selected by Humphrey Ocean RA.
